Creative Visualization:  We’ve been doing it wrong

The human body and mind is a truly impressive accumulation of a billion years' worth of evolution.  In the current information age, it is no longer enough to continue learning about the Earth. We must continue our search beyond this planet and onward in order to learn more about the surrounding space and universe.  The problem with this however is that the further away from ourselves we search, the less we understand that there are entire worlds living within us. Our minds are an infinite well containing deep mysteries, untapped potential and amazing powers we don’t even realize.

Are You Living Up to Your True Potential? Or are you settling? How is it that some People seem to have It all whilst others fail at every attempt to achieve an endeavour?  These are just some of the questions that Capstone Creativity has formulated a specific set of instructions (Seven keys to be exact) detailing all you need to do to achieve your dreams. We call this the Capstone Pattern and all details can be found in <LINK>The Capstone Pattern Book <http://www.capstonecreativity.com/shop/capstone-pattern/>.

We’ve all heard of affirmations, goal setting seminars, positive visualisation and meditation. We take all this a step further with the Capstone Pattern.  We actually add and incorporate a fundamental key piece of information which allows for all the above to be embedded into your physiology so that you become truly unified with your dreams in mind and body.

Self Talk

How can self-talk affect you mentally? If you mainly think negatively about yourself, you will feel bad most of the time. This can drag you down and make it hard to get back up. But if you mainly think positively about yourself, you will feel good more of the time. Research shows that positive self-talk can help. There are many common ways people use negative self-talk. Here are some ways this cycle can be broken:

  • Be aware of what you’re saying to yourself (often it’s negative)
  • Ask yourself - is it true? (often it’s not)
  • Put your thoughts into perspective (so what?)
  • Then ask yourself - what is a more helpful thought?

Creative Visualisation

Creative visualisation as defined by Wikipedia is the cognitive process of purposefully generating visual mental imagery, with eyes open or closed, simulating or recreating visual perception, in order to maintain, inspect, and transform those images, consequently modifying their associated emotions or feelings, with intent to experience a subsequent beneficial physiological, psychological, or social effect, such as expediting the healing of wounds to the body, minimizing physical pain, alleviating psychological pain including anxiety, sadness, and low mood, improving self-esteem or self-confidence, and enhancing the capacity to cope when interacting with others. Creative visualisation can and is used by top performing athletes, business leaders, entertainers, and people of all types, in all walks of life. The correct way of doing this can be found by book a special consultation at <LINK> Capstone Creativity Products <http://www.capstonecreativity.com/shop/>

Meditation

Meditation is a practice wherein a person trains the mind and induces a mode of consciousness. It is a state of being where you are intensely aware of yourself and not your surroundings. In a manner of speaking, meditation is used to clear your mind and to erase all concerns. It is a practice of Buddhist monks, but it is not limited to any religion.

Breathing

Breathing can be considered the most important of all of the functions of the body because all the other functions depend upon it. Man can exist some time without eating and a shorter time without drinking; but without breathing our existence may be measured by a few minutes.  Not only are we dependent upon breath for life, we’re largely dependent upon correct habits of breathing for continued vitality and freedom from disease.

One very important lesson to learn is to breathe through the nostrils and avoid the practice of mouth-breathing.  Many of the diseases to which we are subject to are undoubtedly caused by this common habit of mouth-breathing. Carefully conducted scientific experiments have shown that soldiers and sailors who sleep with their mouths open are much more liable to contract contagious diseases than those who breathe properly through the nostrils. By combining the areas mentioned above including the practice of charging your nervous system with this life force energy, this personal programming will change what you habitually play to yourself in your mind. Through details as well as the opportunity to book special consultations with <LINK>Capstone Creativity <http://www.capstonecreativity.com>, this will ensure you clear out old negative habits and focus on those positive thoughts and things that serve your greatest good.

Everyone in the twenty-first century is aware of the myriad technology around us. Most of us are slaves to our cell phones, social media, world events that threaten to bind us to a digital future and prevent our bonding with nature and the environment. I belong to the school of thought that insists that people step out of their comfort zone, take risks and explore the beauty of the living world. I believe people should harness the full potential of their inner strengths. We all have a reserve of positivity that penetrates our sub-consciousness and this is what we must embody.  Enjoy your future success today by reading <LINK>The Capstone Pattern <http://www.capstonecreativity.com/shop/capstone-pattern/>.
